Returns & Refunds

We operate a returns policy for all items sold at our website. Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please contact us in writing at orders@olivoderm.co.uk

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we offer returns & exchanges for up to 365 days after you have received your order. Please contact orders@olivoderm.co.uk and we will guide you through the process. A full refund minus the initial shipping costs will be made on receipt of the returned goods.

Faulty Goods

If any of the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge. Please contact orders@olivoderm.co.uk and we will guide you through the process.

Exchanging goods

If you would like to exchange any items please contact us and we will do our best to get your exchanged items to you. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of sending the unwanted item back to us and also the shipping costs for sending out the exchange item. Please contact orders@olivoderm.co.uk and we will guide you through the process. Items can be exchanged within 30 days after you received your order and it must be in their original packaging and received here in a saleable condition.

Cancelling or amending your order

You have the statutory right to cancel your order, but no later than 14 working days after the day after you receive the product. You also have statutory right to withdraw from the order at any time after it has been despatched, but no later than 7 working days after the day you receive the product. Please contact orders@olivoderm.co.uk and we will accommodate your inquiry.

If you want to amend your order and the order has not been dispatched, you can cancel it and reorder again. If your order has already been dispatched you cannot amend it and you will be required to place an additional order.

Will any return costs be refunded?

If you return something because of an error on our part or because it's damaged or defective, we will refund any charges incurred in returning the item to us (up to 2nd class postage only).

We'll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

If you return something because you are not happy with the quality of our products we will refund any charges incurred in returning the item to us (up to 2nd class postage only). We reserve the right to check whether a reasonable quantity of the product has been used.

My Payment Card has changed/expired. How will I receive my refund?

We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired we will send a cheque to cover any refund costs.

When will I receive my refund?

We action all refunds the same day we receive the goods back and it can take up to 3 working days for the refund to show on your card.
